MSPCA Welcomes Joleen Matthews to the Board of Directors

Meet MSPCA's Newest Board Member: Joleen Matthews 

Since February 2015, Joleen Matthews has brought her positivity and passion to American Pest, helping to make it one of the best companies for employees and customers in the greater Washington, D.C. area. She began her career in the Communication Center and Customer Account Management before becoming the Executive Assistant to the President. Over the past several years, Joleen has gained deep experience in business operations and the pest control industry.

She now serves as Director of Project Management and IT, where she leads mergers and acquisitions integrations, oversees the IT team, and ensures the organization remains aligned on high-level goals, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and fun.

When she is not at work you can find her spending time with friends and family at her pool in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
