MSPCA WDI-O Re-Credentialling Training - March 30, 2023
Be Prepared for Thursday's Virtual Event
PARTICIPANT INSTRUCTIONS
The WDI-O Re-Credentialing Training is being offered through Zoom. Please be prepared to login and be connected for an ON TIME start.
Meeting Opens: 7:30 a.m.
Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
End Time: 12:00 p.m.
Logging In:
A unique login link was emailed to you on Tuesday morning (5:00 am) through the Zoom platform. Locate and use your own unique login link when logging into the meeting on Thursday morning. This will ensure you are logged in as a registered attendee and that you receive credit for extending your WDI-O credentials. If you did not receive your Zoom link, please call MSPCA Executive Staff at 410-940-6581.
If you have any issues logging in on Thursday morning, immediately contact the MSPCA office at (410) 940-6581 or Kristin Coron at 540-834-6203.
Telephone audio connection: If unable to access computer audio to listen, access audio by phone using the following call-in number: +1 301-715-8592, then enter webinar ID: 930 6959 4925 followed by #.
Equipment Requirements:
- Computer, laptop or tablet with reliable internet access
- Access the internet using the browser of your choice
- Ability to listen to audio from your device, or access to a landline or cell phone (with reliable connectivity)
Reporting Technical Issues (Screen view; Audio)
- Initial Connection Issues: Please contact the MSPCA Office at 410-940-6581, or call Kristin at 540-834-6203.
- Losing Internet Connection: If you lose internet connection, check your device, and reconnect to the internet. Use the same link you logged into the meeting with and Zoom will automatically reconnect you once internet service has been restored.
- Audio Issues: Click on the Chat box and let us know what issue you are having. Make sure you join audio and have the correct speakers selected.
- Asking Questions: If you need to ask the speaker a question during the presentation, please use the Chat box. The Chat box is found in the Zoom toolbar.
Online Polling Activity:
To promote attendee interaction each presenter has been asked to incorporate one or more polling questions into their presentation. So please ensure you have limited distractions during the two Zoom sessions.
Participation in polling is easy – when a Poll appears on your screen, click on the correct or most appropriate response. If you are unable to enter your response on the pop up window, please enter your response in the Chat box. The Host will display responses from participants on the screen once participants have responded
